We recently teamed up with Five Oaks Farms to create a scalable bread-baking course. Jenni of Five Oaks Farm approached us with this project to address the sudden demand for her sourdough deliveries. To make her business more sustainable, she decided to develop a course teaching others how to bake her delicious sourdough recipes. We coordinated all stages of production and, utilizing a 4-camera setup, we created an engaging and easy-to-follow baking course.
