Colin Odle, founder of The Joy Collective, on set

Colin Odle is the founder of Joy Collective, a strategic storytelling firm based in Birmingham, Alabama. He started the company after years of watching organizations miss their own story. They had the budget and the moment. They just did not have someone willing to tell them what they actually needed to say.

Before his team picks up a camera, Colin sits with leadership and figures out the real message. The one that makes a board lean in, a recruit say yes, or a community feel something true.

He has led projects for schools celebrating 50 years, agriculture lenders building trust across the state, public safety agencies recruiting the next generation, and developers launching something brand new. The industry does not matter. The moment does.
